LARGE AND COMMERCIAL SMOKERS: We are offering larger sizes/quantities of MINI splits. These are 5 3/4 inches long and 3-4" in accross" or LARGER. They work great for larger smokers such as UDS, WSM, Lang Cookers and even Jambos.

TIPS:

Peach is great for Pork and Poultry. It is similar to Hickory, but has a sweeter and milder flavor. Use Peach with Hickory or Oak while smoking Beef, Chicken, or Pork.
