 Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Good things take time, and we want to make sure everything’s just right before it heads your way.We take a little extra time to ship out orders because we process each order as it comes in—this helps retain moisture in the wood, giving you a better, richer smoke experience.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the carrier, but once your order is on the road, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow it from our place to yours.

Keep in mind—we’re a small, family-run crew, not a big warehouse. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. We really appreciate your patience and support!

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If something’s not quite right, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help however we can.

Please note: A small 5% cancellation/restocking fee applies to all canceled orders. This helps cover the non-refundable processing fees we’re charged when your order is placed.
